   On this Dialogue show Steve Kotchko talks with Karen Jarmoc, CEO of the Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence, about the increased demands facing the state’s network of shelters for victims of domestic violence.  Jarmoc tells that back in 2008 these shelters were at 57% capacity, now it’s at 125%.  She discusses the vital need for continued full state funding for the shelters, services, and domestic violence hotline despite the state’s tough fiscal situation.
